Rumtopf

Rumtopf is a Germanic Dessert, Summer fruits marinated in  Rum and sugar. 

BACARDI Rum,  this is 75%alchol

Marinated for at least 3 months the longer the better.......so need to wait for a while...

Serve with a scoop of ice cream.... one of our  best  dessert  !!!!!!!!!!!! 

I want to make it again 

but in Japan it is a bit difficult to get Raspberry, apricot, Black Cherry.......... which are the best ingredients for Rumtopf.
