Curry Party at the Swiss Bistro

We had a nice party with lovely people... Basmati rice, Prawn curry, Chicken Madras, Mango lassi......Crepes Suzette. We enjoyed it and laughed for six hours......What a fantastic time!!! and again!!! we got some nice presents from our lovely people..... Georges favorite pickles 'Narazuke', some soups and Japanese sweets. wow...

So you have been working hard the whole week, now it is time to come and relax at the Swiss Bistro with some Swiss wine. White Asparagus from Holland unfortunately not from Cavaillon ... but very delicious!

2: Swiss Wines and Drinks Start from aperitif........ " Prost !!!! " We are not boozer.....but having a delicious meal always need a nice drink! Swiss wine is very delicious but very hard to find in other countries. Red wine Dôle is from Valais :Gamay graps White wine Saint Saphorin is from the French part of Switzerland. :Chasselas grapes Aigle Les Murailles is also from the French part of Switzerland. :Chasselas graps am Thuner See.... " Prost !!!! " Schnapps is a Swiss alcohol about 35℃-45℃ made from fruits. Kirsch ........ Cherry　　Williams ....... Pear　　Zwetschgen......Prune .....etc.... Swiss Beer is very nice too!!! Unfortunately we can not to find any in Japan. Coffee is also very good in Switzerland ! Coffee schnapps is very popular in Swizterland. Our Bistro has some Swiss wines and Schnapps too...
