KABOSU citrus

Present from our friend.

Kabosu is a Japanese citrus fruit, similar to lemon and very juicy........

Those KABOSU are from Oita( in Kyushu )South of Japan!

Kabosu soda

Squeeze Kabosu juice, dropped some Honey and pour sparkling water.

Put a mint leaf and a slice of Kobosu in it.

it is very refreshing.

 Kabosu Jelly (Confiture)

It has a really nice taste with some sourness and bitterness.......

good with Swiss Zopf!!!
