Zopf

"Zofp" is the Sunday bread in Switzerland.(Sonntagszopf)

It is a white milk bread well suited for breakfast, brunch.
Make a plait with the dough.
When you eat it cut a thin slice and put some butter and jam or honey.
Georges Zopf is especially nice!!!!



Quince Jelly ....... is goes well with the Zopf but pity.....can't get it in Japan......
Apricot, Black cherry, Raspberry jam are nice too!
