One of our booking came with some lovely flowers and remained us it was a year ago since we opened our new restaurant. Thank you sooooo much It was lovely night!
"Zofp" is the Sunday bread in Switzerland.(Sonntagszopf) It is a white milk bread well suited for breakfast, brunch. Make a plait with the dough. When you eat it cut a thin slice and put some butter and jam or honey. Georges Zopf is especially nice!!!! Quince Jelly ....... is goes well with the Zopf but pity.....can't get it in Japan...... Apricot, Black cherry, Raspberry jam are nice too!
