Holiday dinner

We had a take away dinner .....

Roast leg of Lamb $50 

（ローストラム　ポテトも付いて50ドル‼　6人分くら!?）

It was very nice and tender and came with potatoes ( Pommes fondantes) it was big enough for 6 people!!!

We enjoyed it for 2 days, and  Georges made a ' Lamb Ragout ' with the rest.

残ったラム肉でジョージの特製トマトソースのパスタ。美味しかった。

（エシャロット、ミニパプリカ、ブロッコリー、ラム肉、トマト、スパイス）

It was a long time since Georges made a meal for me......!!!! very yummy!
