Rumtopf

Rumtopf is a jar full of summer fruits soaking in rum and sugar made in the summer to be eaten in the winter time.

You can eat it with ice cream or in a pancake......or even mix the juice in a glass of Champagne or sparkling wine.

Last year we made it  but it was broken in the earthquake.........
so we hope for better luck this year !!!
You can buy it at the Swiss café this winter.....
