Pavlova

Egg white 150ml(about 4),
Custer sugar 220g (too sweet for me) 180g,
Corn flour 2table spoon,
Vinegar 2tea spoon,
Cream(about 200g) and Fruits for decorateion



Mixer & whisk the egg white in the bowl until stiff peaks form.
Gradually add the sugar, whisking well untillthe mixture is stiff & glossy.
Add the corn flour & vinegar, whisk until just combined.

Preheat oven 150℃
Shape the mixture into 180cm round on the baking tray.
Reduce oven to 120℃ & bake for 1 hour 20minutes.
Turn oven off & allow the Pavlova to cool completely in the oven.

Decorate with your desired toppings, cream and fruits....
