Swiss Bistro

Last month I saw a ring around the sun! for about 20 minutes it stayed like this and then disappeared......  It was beautiful..... About 5 years ago........ I found a rainbow in the sky from the air plane flying from New Zealand to Tokyo. It was round shaped in the sky!!! amazing! I was burning Incense, it was a long stick but while burning it went into a round shape....... strange....

So you have been working hard the whole week, now it is time to come and relax at the Swiss Bistro with some Swiss wine. White Asparagus from Holland unfortunately not from Cavaillon ...  but very delicious!

"Wine & Cheese Time" Swiss Raclette, Bruschetta,...etc.  "Afternoon Tea" Strawberry Mascarpone Tartelette...etc.. at the Swiss Bistro, from 2:30 ~ 5:30PM. Enjoy with your friends!

It is lovely spring......our herbs and flowers look happy! Omelette with fresh herbs is very nice with just salt and pepper....specially Himalayan pink salt.

"Zofp" is the Sunday bread in Switzerland.(Sonntagszopf) It is a white milk bread well suited for breakfast, brunch. Make a plait with the dough. When you eat it cut a thin slice and put some butter and jam or honey. Georges Zopf is especially nice!!!! Quince Jelly ....... is goes well with the Zopf but pity.....can't get it in Japan...... Apricot, Black cherry, Raspberry jam are nice too!

Swiss Chocolate !!!!! In Japan there are not many kind of Swiss Chocolate.... and they don't know Swiss Chocolate is the best in the world! ♬I can't live without  Swiss chocolate.♬
