" MINOSA " is one of my favourite flower..........  What lovely flowers !! 英名 English name   mimosa 学名 Scientific name  Acacia decurrense var.dealbata 原産地 Origin  Australia  Mimosa is very popular in Europe as the symbol of spring. In February there is a 「Mimosa festival」 since 1931 in Mandelieu-la-Napoule which is west of Nice in France where they  grow many mimosa trees. March the 8th is the " International Women's Day " That day in 1904 in New York, Women workers did demonstrate to get the right to vote. In Italy, the 8th of March is called 「Mimosa Day」.  Men send mimosa flowers to women as a symbol of respect and love.
