Swiss Bistro

We had a take away dinner ..... Roast leg of Lamb $50  （ローストラム　ポテトも付いて50ドル‼　6人分くら!?） It was very nice and tender and came with potatoes ( Pommes fondantes) it was big enough for 6 people!!! We enjoyed it for 2 days, and  Georges made a ' Lamb Ragout ' with the rest. 残ったラム肉でジョージの特製トマトソースのパスタ。美味しかった。 （エシャロット、ミニパプリカ、ブロッコリー、ラム肉、トマト、スパイス） It was a long time since Georges made a meal for me......!!!! very yummy!

Breakfast ...... Prosciutto crudo and Swiss cheese. Sumner beach Another nice day !! We decided to go to the beach...  first time in 2 years.....??? Such a nice weather, I can't believe it will rain tomorrow ........ We had a nice Holiday!!!

Having breakfast at the Bistro......Bircher Muesli Hagley Park It was a lovely warm Autumn day! We went for a walk in Hagley Park.   Lovely Autumn colours............. Rain made a pound in the middle of  the park....... 長く続いた雨で芝生の真ん中に出来た大きな水溜まり・・・・でもそれも綺麗だったりする。 おまけ。 不思議な実たち・・・・???　　名前はわかりません。 びっしりと成る赤い実たち・・・

イングリッシュ・ラベンダー ２鉢で＄１２・・・お得だった。 だけど、鉢が高かった・・・＾＾；

Our beautiful Hydrangea...... Changed to autumn colour....  and now, it is gone.   -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Last Wednesday 7th of March, Christchurch was flooded......  the river near our house spilled over!!!!!!!!!!!!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3 years after the Earthquake, we still see this in the city centre.......!!!!??? -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  I found some very big peaches at the supermarket!!!!  finally I could eat nice and juicy peaches!!

Is real Swiss Cheese cheap like that!!!!?????? It says " Swiss grated cheese  for added convenience.  A mild cheese with a nutty flavour. " Oh no, it is New Zealand made cheese........ SWISS STYLE???????? and... This is real Swiss Chocolate!!!!!! from our friend.  I am saving it at the moment.
