Swiss Bistro

Black swans are in the water.......cute ........came towards me.............they are quite big....... ......I ran away........ I found a little spring.

Rice Crackers, Wasabi flavour........made in Thailand. It has a real Wasabi taste, and I can't stop eating it. Marshmallow covered with chocolate, Honeycomb taste....... made in New Zealand. yum......... Newly arrived in New Zealand... Lindt Chocolate, Cookie Crunch...........made in Switzerland. yummmmmmmmmm........

We went to the Swiss Café to pick up a few things and do some physical work again........ Last time we went to the café was...................May last year, 14 months ago. The place was still messy, and now they are starting to fix the floor which is full of cracks. They say, hopefully it will be finish by next February or March.......................it is still a long way away... Our Café used to be so lovely ...........

It was a nice Sunday with a Swiss friend over. For Entrée we had bread with a basil pesto and German sparkling wine " Henkell Trocken " After that we had Swiss Cheese Fondue  ( Emmental and Gruyere cheese from Switzerland ) !!!!! and a nice Swiss wine. The dessert was   Rumtopf   with ice cream.....yum !!!! We had a really good time chatting and laughing a lot, but at the end of the day, all changed to bad. I suffered of drunkenness........  starting with sparkling wine , then Swiss wine ...and Cheese Fondue which has a lot of wine and kirsch and last with Rumtopf and Kaffee Fertig ( Swiss coffee with schnapps ).......no wonder I got sick......will never drink so much.....hahaha.

Snowing in Christchurch.................... the weather forecast was right !!! It was the first time I saw so much snow in Christchurch. We had snow last year but We were in Japan at the time. wow....the street It is bad but beautiful........
