Sunday Swiss style
It was a nice Sunday with a Swiss friend over.
For Entrée we had bread with a basil pesto and German sparkling wine " Henkell Trocken "
After that we had Swiss Cheese Fondue ( Emmental and Gruyere cheese from Switzerland ) !!!!! and a nice Swiss wine.
The dessert was Rumtopf with ice cream.....yum !!!!
We had a really good time chatting and laughing a lot, but at the end of the day, all changed to bad. I suffered of drunkenness........ starting with sparkling wine, then Swiss wine...and Cheese Fondue which has a lot of wine and kirsch and last with Rumtopf and Kaffee Fertig( Swiss coffee with schnapps ).......no wonder I got sick......will never drink so much.....hahaha.
