Pizza al Giorgio

  Mozzarella, Olives, Anchovies, Ham, Capsicum, Mushrooms...etc and Giorgio's special tomato sauce! with a thin pizza base..... all my favourite ingredients!!! The shape is oval, because I wont it to fit the whole tray !!! hahaha... It goes well with red wine!!!! My favourite pizza.  2 places only Giorgio's pizza  or Ristorante pizzeria da Gianni   in  Fahrweid- Geroldswil in Switzerland which unfortunately does not exists any more....sad....

Swiss Bistro

Flag of the capital of Switzerland !!! After putting up with too much heat and sun in the summer,  and strong typhoons, they are finally enjoying the right weather and flourishing.......... We have some Swiss wine here rarely available in restaurants in Japan..... Having a glass of wine in the sunshine feels so good!!!! KABOSU citrus

Present from our friend. Kabosu is a Japanese citrus fruit, similar to lemon and very juicy........ Those KABOSU are from Oita( in Kyushu )South of Japan! Kabosu soda Squeeze Kabosu juice, dropped some Honey and pour sparkling water. Put a mint leaf and a slice of Kobosu in it. it is very refreshing.   Swiss & Japanese fusion    Kabosu Jelly (Confiture) It has a really nice taste with some sourness and bitterness....... good with Swiss Zopf!!!

Sunday bread "Zopf" Zopf and cafe.....the best breakfast !! Apricot jam or Quince jelly goes well with Zopf.
