Shocked!! One disappointing Swiss person

Swiss people are always nice at our Bistro. They are polite and well mannered.
But for the first time we met a terrible young Swiss woman....just came to annoy us.
She was touching and shaking our Olive tree next to the menu board. So, we asked her  " Why do you touch the tree like that? " and she said " I am touching it because it is a beautiful tree.. " ( I already don't understand that her reason ....anyway) and we said " Look with your eyes not with your hand, " nicely...... then she said how rude we were........  we can not believe it....... what about her rudeness?????  Some people think it is funny to annoy people.
We are still wondering if she was really Swiss????
