Making a Pate and Prawns A l'Italienne
Georges is making a pate...... ジョージの手作り パテ out of the oven, beautiful and smelling lovely................. King Prawn A l'italienne Swiss cheese Emmental スイスチーズ Greyerzer our beautiful Hydrangea...... Oh one is missing.....someone cut it off............sad!! We hope no one else will cut another one. 真ん中の花、誰かにチョキンと盗まれた・・・ショック。
New Swiss Cafe Bistro
The Bistro is all set up now............. We are very happy with it. Next week it is the kitchen turn and will open Thursday ( hopefully).
Home made shelf
We made a shelf....... and painted it yellow. put it on the wall like this..... and this.
A lot of hard work
Another day of hard work and heavy lifting........... Starting up of the Bistro. Decoration and so on is set for next week. With a bit luck we shoud start trading around the 10th or 12th December.
Almost there ..... part 2
The Coffee machine is set on in the BISTRO, first coffees for almost 3 years............. Swiss window with Geraniums are back on the wall too. We still have to bring all of those.........it will be quite a hard job Tram in front of our BISTRO!!!
Almost there.... part 1
Here is a new counter, our old counter made of 100 years old Kauri and Oregon wood was stolen. Luckyly we still had some Kauri in our garage. Kauri Oregon Puting some linseed oil on ..... It comes like this !!!!!! beautiful. Our old sign board, New one. Swiss Cafe's main color is Gold sand & Forest green as always. And, Business cards are printed too.
