Omote-sando in Tokyo

Tokyo part 2.
One of Giorgio's favorite place with its fashionable, international and a lot of people......... is Omote-sando liking itself to the Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich or the Champs-Elysees in Paris.

We usually take the train to Tokyo.(about 45 minutes)
Giorgio got a Tokyo train map in English with him, so he doesn't get lost.

We got off the train at Omote-sando station, walk to Harajuku station and through the famous Takeshita street, which is always full of people.

Back to Omote-sando, we found a big queue on the corner of a street. We asked a lady who was in the queue what she was waiting for???
She said she was waiting to go into a cafe which was famous for Hawaiian pancakes and recently open in Japan.
She was going to wait for at least 1hour !!!!

hmmm........  waiting for over 1hour for pancakes ........ that's crazy.................. well... not for us today.

Now, we are hungry...... on our way to Aoyama, we found a small Italian restaurant, ' VIA QUADRONNO '.
Pasta with salad, drink and dessert for 1050yen. The pasta was a little small but the taste was good. Coffee was nice. In Japan, it is not easy for us to find a nice coffee. We saw some bottles of Peroni then ask for a menu to see what price they were, but we could not find it. They had written Nostro Azzuro instead.hahaha...... The waiters were very friendly and polite. Grazie !!

The last things we wanted to do for today  was this...................

Being Swiss we could not ignore the little Lindt shop around the corner.

We had a delicious Eclair au chocolat and a chocolate parfait glace. It was just perfect !!!!!
