Swiss Cheese Fondue Original Swiss Cheese Fondue dose not come with Broccoli, Carrots and sausages... We enjoy with drinking Swiss white wine,   real Swiss cheese fondue does not go with red wine.    After eating Fondue we will drink a shot of Swiss Schnapps. This is the real Swiss style!! Swiss Raclette "Raclette" is the name of the Cheese which comes from Switzerland. Eat with Potato and  pickles, this is the Swiss way of eating it.  Kaseschnitte Swiss White wine

We got some presents around Christmas time..... Thank you very much! Chocolate  from Melbourne Australia, Japanese sweet been jelly Marons taste, Beautiful Flowers, we decorated at the entrance of the Bistro!!!

The New Year started wonderfully..... We were invited at our friend's new year party with beautiful and delicious traditional Japanese food and a lot of laughs!!!!
