So you have been working hard the whole week, now it is time to come and relax at the Swiss Bistro with some Swiss wine. White Asparagus from Holland unfortunately not from Cavaillon ... but very delicious!

Spring, Herbs and Omelette.
It is lovely spring......our herbs and flowers look happy! Omelette with fresh herbs is very nice with just salt and pepper....specially Himalayan pink salt.
