31st. Dec. 2016 The last day of the year, we left for the North Island to Tairua, first time out of Auckland Airport.  Lovely weather and nice view about 2 hours drive to Tairua.  The scenery has changed looking like that in Coromandel......  Jangle!? Our friend's house is top of the hill with great view. The view from the living room........   We had a delicious BBQ ( Swiss style ) and watching New Year's fireworks with my parents and our lovely friends. The start of the year was great !!

We went to the hill  『Sing of Kiwi』in Christchurch and did trekking about 1h30. Looking down toward the city centre. Alps popping behind the cloud......  on the other side of hill ..........
